DDS Software, Australia is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients and their customers. This policy discusses how information received and stored by DDS Software, Australia is dealt with.

This privacy policy applies to the websites managed by DDS Software, Australia (including but not limited to www.darshandigitalsolutions.com.au and all subdomains of these) as well as the services and products provided through those sites. From time to time we may make alterations to our website and to the products and services provided through it, our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information may result in periodic changes to the privacy policy. Usage of Information Collected

We ask you to supply certain information when you sign up with us as a customer. This information will be used in the management of our own database and to enable us to contact you about the service you have requested

Log Files

Like most standard websites, we use log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. However, none of the information stored in our log files, including but not limited to IP addresses, is linked to personally identifiable information.

Credit Cards 

Credit card payment for our services is processed by our secure payment service provider. We do not record your credit card details on our database and the payment service provider does not record any other information about you.

Security 

DDS Software places great importance on the security of all information associated with its customers and has security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control. For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized personnel have access to user information.

Links to Other Sites 

DDS website contains advertising and links to other websites. No personal information is passed to other websites if you follow one of these links DDS Software is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of linked websites. We would encourage you to read the privacy statements of other websites, since their privacy policy may differ from ours.

Access to Data for Problem Resolution

As part of our ongoing maintenance and problem resolution Appointments, Organizer Australia may at times need to view customer data.  DDS Software, Australia declares that in regard to such access it will:

1. Only access that data which is relevant to the problem resolution process;

2. Not use any data accessed for any other purpose

3. Never ask a user to provide Appointments Organizer Australia with their log-in password.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your User Names and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, such as at a library or internet café, but even when using your private computer in your home.

Notes

Passwords in our products are managed by one-way encryption.  This means, that there is no way for DDS Software to determine the password of any particular user.  In the event of a user forgetting their password, DDS Software may upon request, modify that user's password, but will always require the user to choose a new password once they have regained access to the system.

Third Party Service Providers

DDS Software uses services provided by third-parties for web-hosting and text messaging. These third-party providers are bound by the same conditions as Appointments Organizer Australia with regard to privacy protection.

DDS Software makes every effort to ensure that these parties have appropriate protections and policies in place for the privacy of clients and their customer data.

Governing Law

DDS Software is an Australian company and this privacy policy is intended to be interpreted under Australian Law. DDS Software,  Australia will not commit any action or engage in any practice, that contravenes any information protection principles contained in the Privacy Act.
